About Our School
Dogwood Elementary, which is designated as a Rewards School, is a PK-5 school that is the heart of the neighborhood. Located on a residential street, many students walk and bike to the school, which opened in 1977. Doors open at 8:30, and school runs from 8:45-3:45. Dogwood's 640 students and 60 teachers embrace the idea that every child at Dogwood belongs. Dogwood Elementary School empowers each student to be not only a successful student but also a successful human, knowing that having a strong foundation can change the world.
