Germantown, Tennessee—April 27, 2022—From making healthy meals under strict nutrition regulations to working with students with food allergies, school nutrition professionals represent genuine heroes. We could not be more appreciative to the lunch heroes that provide service to our students with a smile every single day.
Friday, May 6, 2022 will be the day that we celebrate the 10th Annual School Lunch Hero Day! We have the opportunity to recognize our diligent school nutrition professionals who make a big difference for every student that steps foot into the cafeteria.
- Making cards/thank you notes for the cafeteria workers
- Saying an extra “thank you” when walking through the line
- Creating a “thank you” banner for the cafeteria
