Time Commitment

Participating in a Deep Blue Drama production is a major commitment—and a rewarding one! Before your child auditions, please carefully consider the time involved.

  • Rehearsals regularly occur on Tuesdays and Wednesdays 4:00–5:30 p.m., with some Saturday rehearsals as well.

  • All cast members are expected to attend all rehearsals.

  • Each child is allowed up to THREE EXCUSED ABSENCES during the months of September-December. *These must be submitted in writing.*

  • MANDATORY rehearsals begin January 5, 2027. After this date, all rehearsals take priority over outside activities.

  • Individual conflicts must be listed on the audition form and will impact casting decisions.
